I hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Australia and a Master's in Physics.
My academic work includes extensive data analysis, resulting in five scientific publications.
Additionally, I have three years of combined experience as a Data Scientist and Software Engineer.
I am proficient in Python, SQL, R, Matlab, and C++, with a strong foundation in advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.
Some of the key projects I've worked on include:
Developing advanced algorithms using Recursive Bayesian Classification (RBC) for time-series analysis of satellite images.
Creating an image-quality detection tool to predict satellite image quality.
Building a sun-position tool by analysing metadata and satellite imagery.
Building regression models and conducting feature selection using Lasso and GAN to evaluate factors influencing AI models.
Designing a data catalog of over 200,000 images by engineering features to assign locations and reference the corresponding Terrestrial Ecoregions of the World (TEOW).
Building user interface using AutoCAD to automate electrical drawing generation.
Developing models of optical signals in Matlab to perform quantitative analysis of the performance of optical materials.
Most projects in this portfolio are personal, designed to showcase my expertise in data science and machine learning.
While I cannot share work-related projects due to confidentiality, I have included links to my published data-driven research.
